2010 PUBLISHING SCHEDULE

DELIVERY
Michigan's District 14 News will be mailed approximately the 1st week of the month. However, due to varying factors of printing and delivery, there is no guarantee the newspaper will reach readers by a specific date in the month. It is recommended and good practice to think at least one month ahead when promoting special events or other time sensitive dates. For example, if your special event is in August, you should consider promoting that event no later than the July edition.

When submitting materials, please be sure to meet the appropriate deadline for either Editorial/Photos or Advertising as outlined below.

EDITORIAL & PHOTO DEADLINES
The dates indentified below pertain only to Editorial and Photo submissions. To ensure room is reserved for your editorial/photo submission in Michigan's District 14 News, notification would be greatly appreciated at least 5 days prior to the Material Due Date for your desired month of publication.

ADVERTISING DEADLINES*
To ensure room is reserved for your advertisement in Michigan's District 14 News, notification should be made at least 5 days prior to the Material Due Date for your desired month of publication.

All ads that need original design work must be submitted by the SPACE COMMITMENT Due Date listed below for your desired month of publication to allow enought time for creation and proofing. Advertiser is responsible for all costs associated with ad design.

Ads must be submitted in the proper size dimensions for the space that you have reserved. Advertiser is responsible for any and all costs associated with changes necessary to accommodate ad space requirements.

*A 20% late fee may be added to advertising costs for submissions received past the Advertisement Material Due Date.
